Very competently took care of an infection on my leg.
Ashley is so thorough and articulate. Her medical expertise and welcoming personality made me feel very confident in my treatment plan. Tanya and Eric, the clinical team were excellent, they both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions and concerns were answered. Not once did I feel rushed or ignored throughout my visit. Melissa at the check in desk took her time and her warm personality made feel like I had found the perfect medical facility.
Dr. Schuman is the best doctor in my book hands down! She’s nice and her energy is very great and overall creates a nice environment for her patients!
Ashley Schuman has the Best customer service around! Whenever my family or myself are feeling bad we go to her practice! When we see her, we know we will be well taken care of! The staff there is awesome! I share my great experiences with other friends and family! I just love this office!! Thank-You for all you guys do for us!
My grandchild say Ms. Schuman this morning for sudden onset of fever, vomiting, and sore throat. She was assisted by nurse Tanya. Both were very pleasant, kind, and efficient, and quickly diagnosed strep
I went to Wilmington Health at Monkey Junction for kidney stone pain. I was lucky enough to have gotten my care from Dr. Ashley Schuman. She was very compassionate! Which was very refreshing. Her staff that help was just as pleasant. I truelyly appreciate all the care,they gave me! It is hard for me to trust that a doctor will listen and actually take time and help! You have a true gem! During our first visit to Convenient Care, Nurse Ashley was extremely pleasant. She addressed all of our concerns with professionalism & was very knowledgeable to our situation. She made sure that we understood her recommendations & why this was the recommended. Nurse Ashley showed compassion and concern, as well as making sure we were clear on when to follow up if there was not improvement. I would absolutely feel confident not only seeing her again but also to tell others about our experience.
Ashley was great! Very personable and explained everything very well. Prescribed what was needed to help with all of my symptoms. Also printed out material for me to read to help. I did not fill rushed, she was very thorough.
I was throughly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was there at shift change the Receptionist acknowledged my presence and thanked me for my patience. I was called quickly by the Aide Tammy who was friendly and courteous. Then Ashley Schuman came in she was friendly, and knowledgeable. Tammy also took my X-rays she was gentle with my injury. Thank you for having Convenient Care available and I will tell my friends.
