Excellent facility
Just disgusting. How do you mess up bacon. This potatoes casserole looked like it was tasty, I could put it in my mouth. I need a refund and an apology.NOW I CANT EAT AT ALL
At 6.30pm we were told they MIGHT Move us around 8 or 9pm ?? I go to bed about 7.30 as I have been getting about 1 to 3.5 hours sleep for 21 days. They told the so called lead person that they told us earlier in day and that is not true .I'm 77 years old and my wife had major surgery as we have been here 21 days. Amanda from 6th floor at ART is wonderful, professional caring individual. She was amazing I felt very comfortable with her taking care of me.
Staff was amazing and made me feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable time and I greatly appreciate that. They took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel stupid for asking more questions. Great experience
