Management of company leaves a lot to be desired if you are looking to make a home, keep looking. The company could care less about you as a tenant. They are wonderful when you walk in, but after that, they just want that check. Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. Units are old and they can't seem to get them renovated. Power bills are high, because the units are not efficient. Like living in a tent. Don't expect the office to do anything when needed. They like to treat everyone exactly the same. Not a home The units are small for what you pay. Small kitchen with minimum counter space. Almost no storage. Small closets. They are showing their age as well. Layers upon layers of paint on the walls, cottage cheese ceilings, retro cabinets. Fridge and oven are newer but no microwave so you have to put one on the counter top, further limiting space.
