Had a really positive experience with the entire Ashley team. Marcus at the Kentwood store was super easy to work with. Sabrina at the Grandville warehouse was extra friendly and went out of her way to help me through a couple of curve balls. Even the warehouse associates left me with a positive impression. Been waiting 5 weeks for furniture, had deliver scheduled for today. Driver calls me and says he doesn't think he can make it up our driveway. They didn't even attempt to go up the driveway 5 years ago. They delivered our furniture in the winter on the same driveway without issue. We have multiple delivery companies that come up our driveway without issue but yet these drivers wouldn't even attempt and he felt he wanted me to get a pickup truck to pick the furniture up.
