I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture and was told it would be “a few weeks” until the furniture would be ready for delivery. It has now been two months and I have not received any updates. I tried calling this distribution center, the one fulfilling my order, multiple times but I get put on hold and then told “to leave a message.” It’s very frustrating how long the order is taking to fulfill and how difficult it is to talk to a person for an update.
Loved my experience with purchasing our new living room set from Ashley distribution center. Tammy Starkweather was very helpful with getting them ordered. It was quick and painless. Delivery was quick and easy and Seth and Quincy were very nice. Overall great experience!
Walked in the receiving door and there was someone there waiting with a great attitude. Got my paperwork done and loaded my purchase up and out the parking lot I went in maybe 10 minutes total. Awesome
