Great experience at Ashley Quarters! This establishment has a very home grown vibe that we really enjoyed. The room was spacious, with comfortable living area and a full kitchen. The large screen HDTV with Direct TV was a bonus! We didn’t get a chance to use the DVD player in our room but there was an amazing library of movies to choose from in the lobby. Our stay at Ashley Quarters could not have been more comfortable! Just outside of Cincinnati, this hotel was convenient to our route. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was a breeze and we felt safe at night, with multiple entrances to the hotel and a well lit lot. It’s a busy area during the day with everything you need right down the street, but it’s quiet by night time. I can’t say enough good things about Ashley Quarters! The price is remarkable, the staff is absolutely AWESOME (❤️ Ms. Rose). Rooms are clean and this hotel has everything close by that you could want or need. Pet friendly and I do mean PET FRIENDLY ❤️. I have stayed at a lot of other hotels that are well known and have not been as pleased as we were with Ashley Quarters. A home away from home experience. Well kept property inside and out. I would def recommend!
This hotel charged me more than $500 for rooms I booked even though I canceled the rooms a month in advance and had the documentation to prove it. They admitted the error when I presented clear documents but refused to correct it or or even give the money as credit for a future stay. I was told I could not talk to the manager or even be told his name. They stole from me without remorse or any desire to make things right. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
RecommendedThis place was great! Easy access to the highway, yet quiet and secure/safe, and food options w/in walking distance. The room was great... a full kitchen (including an oven/stove), and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly, I'd stay here again for sure.
