Wow, I was looking for the email of this place here cause I misplaced it. Only to come across all these negative reviews. I've been living here for 5 years and in my experience the place is great Pros: 1. (Best) for what you pay the apartment unit is big! (Compared to other locations with the same price) 2. The staff are nice but strict. 3. I barely hear my neighbors. 4. (90%) Maintenance get to you within the day or next. 5. The place is well maintained considering all the trees it has. 6. this place is awful. there is a pool that you have to PAY for that hasnt been opened in more than a year, they barge into peoples apartments whether u want them to or not, the "basketball" court has NO basketball hoops because they didnt want kids from OTHER neighborhoods playing here. They harass the wildlife such as cats or ducks that live there just because they dont want them there, they are rude to families and are not helpful. Consider moving into any other apartments but these ones, it is horrible to live here
