A great place for new problems – They were recommended to be by a friend instead of going to the dealership. I will never make that mistake again. The first time I took my truck there, they diagnosed the problem and I got my truck fixed. Their prices were a little high but I figured it was a really good job, and it saved me some time. Difficult people – This my first recent experience with what used to be a good shop. They no longer have tow service. Their hours don't include Saturday or holidays. They close at 5:30. They wanted me pick up my vehicle on their schedule. They wanted not only a deposit but a CASH deposit. It's not about me and my needs as a paying customer but all about them. I get the feeling it's a one-man operation and they are trying actively eliminate customers.
