I can’t rave about Dr. Ashley enough! My child was having issues with bowel movements for a little over a year. We had talked to a few pediatricians and nothing was seeming to help. Finally, I talked to Dr. Ashley! She explained what the problem was, in detail, in a way that my husband and I could really understand, and gave us a few suggestions of what we could do (and explained both in great detail). Zero stars. The location on Nolana in McAllen is the worst. Staff and Dr and very rude. I asked for a copy of my daughters labs and the Dr got very upset and said I would have to pay which I said I was ok with. They she told me why I needed them if I wasn’t a Dr. They do not call for labs or referrals that were made. I missed an appointment that I had no clue because they didn’t see to concerned to call and let me know they had scheduled my daughter an appointment.
