I can’t rave about Dr. Ashley enough! My child was having issues with bowel movements for a little over a year. We had talked to a few pediatricians and nothing was seeming to help. Finally, I talked to Dr. Ashley! She explained what the problem was, in detail, in a way that my husband and I could really understand, and gave us a few suggestions of what we could do (and explained both in great detail). Horrible! They take forvever!
Worst clinic ever seems like they don't know what they are doing took my daughter in for vaccines gave them the sheet of what she needed and they still managed to mess that up and put whatever they wanted. Will definitely be changing to a different pediatrician
Zero stars. The location on Nolana in McAllen is the worst. Staff and Dr and very rude. I asked for a copy of my daughters labs and the Dr got very upset and said I would have to pay which I said I was ok with. They she told me why I needed them if I wasn’t a Dr. They do not call for labs or referrals that were made. I missed an appointment that I had no clue because they didn’t see to concerned to call and let me know they had scheduled my daughter an appointment.
