The apartments are unfit to live in, and the staff is incompetant. I hope that anyone who might be thinking about renting from Ashley Park would reconsider before the find themselves in any lease agreement. I have lived in these apartments for about a month, with mold,old appliances, and filth that is not cleanable. Not only that, no one in management or beyond has been willing to provide any solutions to my problems.
