I highly recommend Ashley! She takes the time to ask thoughtful questions and carefully talk through her process and techniques. She’s also an amazing listener. I went to see her because I was dealing with insomnia and she suggested acupuncture. It was my first time and I absolutely loved it. It did help with my sleep in the following days and I’ll be coming back. Also, her office is super peaceful and private which makes the experience even better. I left my appointment feeling cared for.

I woke up with quite intense neck pain and found Ashley online and amazingly she was able to squeeze me in that day. Her practice is super convenient (next to Tiny Boxwoods) and really lovely space: very clean, cozy and calming. Ashley was wonderful. She was warm and knowledgable and didn’t make me feel rushed in anyway. By the afternoon my neck pain had basically disappeared. Will definitely be going back to Ashley and highly recommend to anyone in pain.

I have been having major migraines, Ashley was incredibly helpful! My headache subsided by the end of the session and was completely gone by the afternoon. She gave me some tips for food and other lifestyle change recommendations that I’m excited to try. So grateful!
