This place is very out dated not up to code and the definition of a slumlord. Do your best to stay away from them, Nikki the lease office manager makes promises she can't keep and simply lies to stay employed. There is mold, mice, rotting wood, and pests. EVERYWHERE. I hired a service for 6 months, that I paid for out of pocket because they refuse to let you out of your lease, even with proper documentation. Please even if you are desperate go to a hotel.
