The location on Elgin Way was the worst experience I’ve ever had for my 82 year old mother. The staff is so unprofessional and have no compassion whatsoever. My mom was there two months and I seen two of the same staff. I’d find feces on my mother’s sheets, they fed the residents burnt hamburger patties. Please please don’t leave your loved ones in their care
RecommendedHello my name is Esmeralda Guzman (Ezzy). I've been a care giver for 28 yes. and been at the Ashley Manor Lincoln in Jerome. Since October 16 2014. To the present. I am very proud to be part of the Ashley Manor Family. I love the people I work with and really enjoy the residents and their families. If I had a second chance to apply for work again. I would definitely would come and apply again. and if I ever have the chance to place a loved family member. Their isn't a better place than Ashley Manor.

I have worked with Ashley Manor for just over a year now, honestly the best facility I have been with! The management here is amazing, they work so well with your personal/school schedules! Our residents and staff make this place less of a facility and more of a H O M E 💜 We have the opportunity to make someone happy, something that seems so small to us is so huge for them - listening to their stories, giving them extra cookies, taking a walk to the garden. We are the difference. I'm so grateful to be apart of this team.
The staff is caring and loving, rooms are nice and each has own bathroom, and along with great homecooked meals. Daily fun activities for residents to mingle and stay active.
I've worked for a few different assisted living facilities and this one is by far the best. It's like a second home. everyone works so well with each other. they truly care for their people, they go above and beyond to give their residents what they want and need. I'm glad I get to be apart of their team!
Friendliest and best staff around! Clean and organized! They also love their residents just as their own family
jerome (lincoln) facility is amazing...staff cares for the residents and always plans events for them and their families...residents are well taken care of and loved by the staff!!!
Love this place!! Staff cares about the residents and management cares for staff!!! I work for the Buttercup location.
