At my first meeting with Dr. Bays I was delighted she’d learned every pertinent detail of my fifteen-year medical history—and in precisely the correct order! Though her office was very busy she treated me as if I were the only patient there. She asked meaningful questions and listened actively to my responses in a way that encourages my own reflection. Second, third and fourth appointment have been much the same. Most impressed.
