Ashley was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to our questions and requests to look at properties. She handled negotiations well and was very knowledgeable on how to get picked first in a competitive market with several offers on the table. She got the job done and even got us a better deal after inspection. 10/10 recommend.
Ashley helped us purchase a property in 2021, which was the peak of chaos in the market. She helped us navigate a ton of required repairs on the property before closing and a seller who was dragging their feet. Ashley has kept in touch over the last several years and is always willing to check out a cool property with us or send us documents from our purchase when things come up. And of course, she's super fun to work with, which makes the whole process easier :)
