nowhere on the store door or windows does it say its by appointment only and the lady with the grey hair who works there rudely brushes us off

Great experience. Rosie was very easy to work with. Note call before going she is appointment base and accommodating. She will open the store just to accommodate your needs. As she did for me I only have Sundays off.

I waited an hour for this store to open. No one came for their opening time. I waited another 15 more before leaving. It was a disappointing waste time.

This was a horrible experience. Upon purchase, I was told that my items would not tarnish. After spending $1000.00, when I went to open the items 6 months before my wedding day, I noticed that my items were yellow and black. Completely tarnished. After speaking to Rosie on the phone via text and via phone with my concern about my tarnished pieces ON JUNE 20TH, she stated that I was eligible for a replacement piece. So kind.
