Kennedy Commons location - I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley. Before you buy, the staff seem supportive and eager to help, but once the sale is complete, any issues are brushed aside. I received damaged goods and was shocked at how unwilling they were to assist me. Their policy only allows 48 hours for a return or exchange, which is completely unreasonable after that, you're stuck with whatever condition your items arrive in. Geetha was amazing! My husband and I went into Ashley’s just to check out some sofas, and she was so patient and helpful. She showed us different options, explained everything clearly, and really took the time with us. We ended up finding the perfect sofa and few our furnitures all within our budget and exactly what we had in mind. Thank you, Geetha, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!
