I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley’s Furniture. I spent over $10,000 on furniture and even purchased an additional $1,000 worth of insurance for peace of mind. Unfortunately, when I needed to use that insurance, the store completely failed to help me. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to pay for insurance that doesn’t deliver when you need it most. I would not recommend this store to anyone

Way over priced. Their customer service is rude as hell and Inconsiderate. I would never spend another dime in Ashley trash furniture
