If I can give them zero star I would. We have used them for almost 5 months and the CNA that we had initially was great. She had 27yrs of experience and I didn’t have to ask her to take action. Do NOT work for this company. Someone needed coverage here in Lawrence, KS so I began working roughly 70 hours a week at first because they pleaded for help. Here we are over a month and a half later and I’ve been paid ONCE, with that one time being late also and the people important enough to give answers can not be contacted nor return messages supposedly given to them. Do not do back ground checks. Don't pay employs. Some of the people they send are seedy. Clients left without care givers.
How do I report this fraudulent company or Joshua Bolen? Do not work here! They do not pay their employees. They don't answer phone when you call. Frauds!!! The address is Fake. Went there and it is just an empty office space. Called Joshua Bolen for the correct address and gave another bogus address to the middle of no where! After this review Joshua called and promised to pay check for hours worked and the check has bounced! Very fraudulent Company! Do not work here do not put loved ones in their care!
