If I can give them zero star I would. We have used them for almost 5 months and the CNA that we had initially was great. She had 27yrs of experience and I didn’t have to ask her to take action. She was completely proactive. She was under paid and over worked so she left the company. The newly assigned caregiver showed up 15mins late with a “can’t do and won’t do” attitude. Do NOT work for this company. Someone needed coverage here in Lawrence, KS so I began working roughly 70 hours a week at first because they pleaded for help. Here we are over a month and a half later and I’ve been paid ONCE, with that one time being late also and the people important enough to give answers can not be contacted nor return messages supposedly given to them.
