We thought doctor was excellent and we still believe she is great. But disappointed today with her and her office as they simply asked us reschedule as we are 20 minutes late. Same team did not even mention/concerned when we had to wait 90 minutes for them. I understand we can’t conclude they are bad and lack consideration. But I think so. If they were fair they would have mentioned for apologize for 90 minutes delay last time.

Very rude office staff. They were annoyed that I was asking for simple things like how long they’ve been in practice. They wanted a referral first from a dr and wouldn’t even answer simple business questions first. How do I know I even want to go there? Avoid this practice.

I cannot recommend her and her staff enough. I credit Dr. Zink’s professionalism, empathy, and intelligence for successfully managing my high risk pregnancy. She worked with me calmly and professionally to craft an individual treatment plan that we were both comfortable with. It was a challenge but she and her staff made the experience easy and enjoyable. Dr Zink is the best. She spends time with the patient and answers all your questions. She is very kind and caring. I would highly recommend her to someone who has chances of high risk pregnancy. We owe her a lot.
