The store was neat and clean, sales staff were very helpful working with us to make sure we purchased what we wanted, each week they called to keep us updated on our order, delivery crew was very friendly and represented the company very well. Had a really good experience today at the Bellefontaine store. Tim( store manager I believe)was very helpful finding a recliner for my Mom. Not pushy at all! I detest pushy salesman! Ian helped check us out and was very friendly even walking us to the door when done. Tim came out to our car and thanked my Mom also. Definitely would recommend the store!
