My husband and I went into Ashley Furniture in Bellefontaine ohio to look for a couch or sectional was greeted by Kelsi Moore, she was so helpful and explained everything to us, we felt so comfortable with her and her bright smile and wonderful personality, she was not pushy just made us feel welcomed, cannot say enough about that places and can not wait to try our new furniture, Thanks again Kelsi, from Darin and Steph Morgan

My wife and I came in to find a couch that would fit our small living room. Julian greeted us and guided us through the store. We had certain requirements for a couch, size, color, and fabric. After showing us the in store selection he also went above and beyond to find online availability that matched our requirements. No pressure, great service, we will certainly return in the future.
