My cousin and I just purchased a reclining chair for him at the Ashley Homestore on Piedmont and had the best shopping experience thanks to Necole! She helped my cousin, who is an older gentleman, like a friend helping a friend. She gave good information and guidance on the chairs, no pressure or anything. I just bought a sectional sofa at Ashley Furniture in Buckhead Atlanta. I had my best experience, especially with the associate Stillman Williams. he is the best. I will take care of you and anything you would like. He will make sure your furniture will meet your budget. I recommend anyone to go to this place and ask for Stillman. you will not regret it. He is very welcoming and courteous. He will put a big smile on your face.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service and poor quality. I bought a sectional and ottoman in March in person in this store. Within two days of receiving the ottoman it caved in. The customer service line was helpful and sent a replacement within the next few weeks. Not even a month later, the new ottoman caved in just like the original. Bought a sofa and loveseat on 5/01 to be delivered on 5/15 between 3pm and 7pm. I waited around all day and no furniture shows up. I call customer service to inquire and was told I was taken off the route due to not confirming the appt. That was a lie. I reschedule for today 5/23 same time slot. I get a call 39 minutes before the time window and was told the truck delivering my furniture got into an accident and I would have to reschedule again.
