I strongly advise against using this company. While the initial design phase seemed promising, the engineering solutions were a disaster, marked by delayed responses, questionable suggestions, and critical omissions in the drawings. Despite their failure to deliver and the need to hire another engineer to rectify their mistakes, they refused a refund. Save yourself the trouble and seek services elsewhere. Priyan's lack of design knowledge and questionable honesty make him an unsuitable candidate.

Hired them for my legal basement drawings. They are very professional and they accommodated all my change requests. The permit was approved and I would highly recommend Ashley Designers for all your building design needs.

Avoid any busines with this company. We order a drawings for 2 load bearing wall demolition: agreed materials for the beam (lvl’s) and wooden posts, discussed door location and timeline. At first ashliey designers were quite good and fast, but then it came to engineering solutions it became a nightmare. Not answering the emails for a week, suggesting adding another wall, forgetting important load transfer point information on the drawings. Ashley designers didn’t do their job and refused refund. I engaged Ashley Design for a side door project at my house in December, with promises of completion within a week. However, as we approach February, the project remains unfinished, with constant back-and-forth communication but no tangible progress. To add to the frustration, Ashley Design requested a $900 payment via email transfer, claiming it was necessary before completing the job.
