Excellent care. Shannon Wong did my original lens replacement , and he’s terrific, but I went to Dr. Ashley Deese for a follow up. She’s extremely competent and instantly put me at ease. I’m going for a follow up procedure next week with no anxiety. Because these guys are good. Staff is very competent, too. No worries if you use the guys at Austin Eye.
Excellent quick right to the point and explained perfectly! Dr. Deeds is the best. Third time I have seen her within a year.
My first experience was a good one. Monica was fantastic with the testing and explaining what se was doing and why. She answered all of my questions with a smile. Dr. Deese was friendly and professional. Overall, I had a really good experience.
