TLDR; gave me the wrong prescription twice and is not a good optometrist. Do not waste your time or money here... I went in for an eye exam (updated prescription - very routine), and she gave me double the prescription I needed. She kept talking about "half vs full prescriptions," which I didn't understand and had never heard of. She asked if I wanted my full prescription, to which I said of course. I switched to Dr. Francis after having multiple poor experiences at the eye doctor's office in my town. It was so refreshing that she was willing to listen to, and answer, my questions. My wife and I had appointments we showed up 20 minutes early and the door was locked the door sign said it opened at 9:30 so we waited until 20 minutes after are appointment time which was 9:40 so at 10:00 we left will not go back and I will be contacting target corporate and letting them know
