Professional, kind and thorough
If I could give this woman a zero I would. I am 32 years old and just recently discharged from the hospital with severe heart problems. She was on call for the answering service and I’ve never been spoken to with such disgrace and spoken to like I was an idiotic child. Simply by saying how concerned I am about my symptoms. I guess I interrupted her family time. Someone that does not have empathy for their patients should NOT be in that line of work.. and Ms Ashley is one of those people!
