I had a delivery scheduled on a Thursday, waited for them all day to find out that it got cancelled, this is after confirming with an agent earlier in the morning that it was scheduled for Thursday. I had an int'l flight and had to get it changed because they scheduled delivery Saturday. Saturday the driver says that some of the hardware for one of the beds not there.
