Poor customer service. Salesman didn't know rules for out of state purchases. Part of order was entered incorrectly. While working through these issues was told I would be called back by the Salesman (never happened) and then after a second visit the Sales Manager said he would call me (never happened). I had to visit the store three additional times to work out the issues. Nobody wanted to own the mistakes made during the process and nobody even apologized for the situation we ended up in.
