Really really disappointed and angry, we ordered a nice bed frame two weeks ago and were given a delivery date and time. We wait 3 hours in their delivery window to find out that they rescheduled the delivery date this morning (without telling us or notifying us) due to damages and we would have to wait another two weeks to get our bed frame. The staff didn't seem to care much about our concern or offer much of an apology. Needless to say, we canceled our entire purchase and will never shop here again.
Worst customer service EVER! Have seen my friend struggle with them for MONTHS!!! They keep telling her they will have her furniture at a certain date and they NEVER do. She moved into a new apartment and has no furniture because they didn't have it... It's always one excuse or another but in the end .... it's just an excuse.... extremely frustrating!!!!!!!
Spent over $5000 on couches and was given a delivery date. Got rid of my old couches and was called and told that the date would be moved out a few days. Called customer care and requested a manager. Waited for several days for a return call. After not receiving a call I called customer service, who was supposed to have customer care call me. Worst Customer Service Ever & Liars! They had me waiting for my furniture for almost 7 months I got part of my order then they would call & tell me my order was on back order eventually I got tired of waiting and only hearing excuses I decided to request my refund they had me waiting for two months too only refund partial of what I paid. SMH! this store Needs to shut down worst customer service not Even funny!
Still waiting for half of my order. Won't be returning. This new management is horrible.
Unfortunately a dishonest/rude/unhelpful group from the bottom to the top of the company. I purchased on 7/4/15. ETA: 8/07/15. The store waited until 7/29/15 to order. I've been lied to 3 different times by either the current manager/customer service on when my furniture will arrive. They have said it's in stock and on the way, but then when I call the day it's suppose to arrive, they say it's not in stock and on back order again.
