One star review- I called Dr Zacharias’ office, politely asked if Dr Z. is accepting new patients. The staff member, Caitlyn, replied curtly-“ She is not. None of our physicians are accepting new patients”. I’m not a delicate person, however I feel she could’ve recommended or at least inquired if she could offer another physician’s information, . She said “no” without hesitation. Lack of patient care training in my humble opinion. The arrogance isn’t necessary.
Dr Z is awesome as well as the staff. Pleasant and courteous. Dr Z, listens and recommends treatments based on her experience and your input.
Exceptional service and very caring.
