I have been going to this office for over 17 years. The staff are amazing and work hard to keep your mental health stable. They listen to your needs and provide you with the care that is required to make life worth living.

I don’t know who took over the practice after Dr. Rick passed but it’s been a mess. From having to pay $150 just to secure the appointment to having incompetent staff. I waited about a month and a half and PAID the $150 to just secure the appointment. I was a returning patient and been with the practice for years. I had always done telehealth and they also understood that when I returned I gave them my Fort Lauderdale address as I moved years ago. I love this doctor but unfortunately his office is terrible. I’ve been a patient since 2021 but have had to find another doctor because I can’t deal with the staff anymore. I complained to a supervisor and she told me “good luck” instead of helping me resolve the issue.
