Best auto & tire repair shop in Chicago! – I have been going to them since 2001 and I highly recommend! They do very good work and are very honest and reasonable!!
Most respectable car place around! – I recently had parts stolen off my car. Of course as this was a shock to me panic overtook me when I had to figure out how to get around for the rest fo the week. Ashland Auto and Tire was recommended to me the same day I found the incident. They called me and told me exaclty what was wrong and recommend I get the police on the phone right away. Friendly and Honest service – I don?t usually write reviews but it?s difficult to know where to go for repairs. I had my tire repaired today at Ashland Tire & Auto and believe I received honest, friendly and courteous service. Cost was reasonable. Would go back again and recommend them to others.
Most Honest, Most Dependable, Best Mechanics, Best Service and a sense of humor – These guys are the best I have been going to them for repairs and tires since 1985. Never had a problem, they have been totally honest. Sometimes walked out without a bill because perhaps a screw was lose etc. Count on them for the real deal and good customer service. Eddie Pendel
Busy, but friendly staff and fair prices – I hobbled into the place with a horribly flat tire. It was a bit busy because everyone was picking up their cars after work, but I waited only 10 minutes or so before they looked at my tires. I hoped to get away with just patching my flat, but the guys told me what I unfortunately already knew - I had ridiculously bald tires. The Best in Town – I had a flat tire and called to see if I could quickly get in. I called at 4pm, they told me if I was there by 5pm they could complete the work that day. I was in and out by 5:10pm and I only had to pay $20. The great things about these mechanicals are they are fast, reliable and most importantly; honest. They didn't try and push more tires on me. These guys were great!
Hands-down the best mechanics in the city – Honest. Inexpensive. Fast. That's what this place boils down to. They explain everything without talking down to you, are VERY courteous and professional, and aren't looking to rob you blind. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
Amazingly fast and friendly service – I got my 2nd flat tire in less than 2 months and had been raked over the coals by my car dealership previously. I called Ashland Tire, walked in without an appointment, and was taken care of immediately. They checked the old tire for possible repair and, when it was determined to be irreparable, actually had the tire I needed in stock, for significantly less than my dealership. Honest, Fair – You won't find a more honest mechanic. We brought our car there; they hooked it up to the computer, fixed it, and charged us $0--they said there wasn't much wrong with it. Referred our friend--towed it, fixed it, and charged her $60. I didn't think there were honest mechanics left until we discovered Ken. Don't be scared by one bad review, don't go anywhere else.
