Had a surgery here and I cannot say enough about the amazing staff! Front desk was cheerful and organized. The nurses were spectacular and my “bartender” aka anesthesiologist was fun and comforting. The follow-up call was appreciated and showed a level of care I was not expecting. I would 10 out of 10 choose this facility for any outpatient surgery!
Staff is friendly. Amazing views from the waiting room. Always a driver never the patient.

Each of the health professionals treated me with kindness and seemed really glad to serve me. I like the location, so close to my home in Ashland. This was my fourth surgery in the last couple of decades and 'twas always the same: excellent.
Gal at check in is clearly not a happy person and should not be greeting people. Really set a negative tone!
