Each of the health professionals treated me with kindness and seemed really glad to serve me. I like the location, so close to my home in Ashland. This was my fourth surgery in the last couple of decades and 'twas always the same: excellent.
Gal at check in is clearly not a happy person and should not be greeting people. Really set a negative tone!
