This place has a terrible way of going about applicant's for they're houses and will waste your time and money. I wouldn't even bother

Unethical and unresponsive company. They do not respond to standard business practice of three days and delay correspondence so they can keep more of your money. Would not recommend to other landlords or tenants. Save yourself and have another smaller company manage your property. -Real estate licencee

Ashland Property Management’s incredible staff assisted our out of state family members in locating potential rentals and offering virtual showings. They communicated well throughout the process of applying for a lease; they fairly negotiated between the property owner and ourselves for special assistance and getting questions answered, and they were on hand to help with a seamless move in!
