Ashland Property Management’s incredible staff assisted our out of state family members in locating potential rentals and offering virtual showings. They communicated well throughout the process of applying for a lease; they fairly negotiated between the property owner and ourselves for special assistance and getting questions answered, and they were on hand to help with a seamless move in! As a property owner, I had a disappointing experience with Ashland Property Management. They didn’t renew the lease when it expired and switched to a month-to-month agreement without my consent. When a tenant broke the lease early, they never followed up on collections or kept me updated. Emails went unanswered and communication was nearly impossible. I wouldn’t recommend them to other owners.
My A/C went out at Summer's end, and after one call, a technician was scheduled to come to my house, and Deanna loaned me a portable air conditioner the following day. It kept my upstairs cool while sleeping, and took the edge off each day until my A/C was repaired. Even their contractor was first-rate. The part came in on a Thursday, I couldn't meet him Friday due to a last-minute glitch, so he came out and did the 30 minute repair on Saturday afternoon.
