The experience I've had with Ashland is AMAZING, specifically with Carmen. She replied quickly and gave me advice from her own personal experience, which really helped me decide which pump I wanted! She never got annoyed with all of my questions either haha! I would recommend any mama looking for a breast pump to go through Ashland!
This was such a wonderful experience all around! With my first child my breast pump wasn't covered by Tricare, so I decided to get a new one since they are covered now. Carmen was absolutely amazing! I first contacted her a week and a half ago, and I am already getting my pump shipped to me! I was also able to upgrade to a portable system for only $50. All in all this was a great experience. I highly recommend Ashland Health!
Carmen is beyond amazing!!!!! I recommend her to everyone wanting to get their Tricare approved breast pump. She makes the process so pain free. I have called back countless times to get more parts and accessories and she makes sure I get exactly what I am wanting and they are always at my door within a few days.
Super fast and easy process, received my pump two days after I placed my order! I got my Tricare-covered pump, as well as extra supplies, milk storage bags, etc. Very impressed! I highly recommend Ashland for your breast pump needs!
Clearly you guys are competing with Amazon prime with the speed of shipping lol. I submitted an inquiry late last Monday evening. You sent me the various options that my insurance covered early Tuesday morning; and by that night I had a tracking number. The pump was literally waiting for me when I arrived home that Thursday. Awesome!
They did an awesome job on helping me get my pump I told them what I wanted they talked to my insurance and got the RX from the doctor for me very easy process they also explained everything that my insurance covers for me with supplies I highly recommend them! Great service
My breast pump broke over the weekend and Ashland Health went above and beyond to help me get a replacement pump within several hours. It wasn't their job to send me a replacement, but they understand the importance of breast feeding and pumping. Not only did they replace my pump, they(Caitlyn) had it delivered personally to my door(Nick). Crying tears of joy that people are that kind and care so much. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
I love this company! Xiomara got back to me super quick and took care of everything and I had my pump lickety split and I didn't even have to leave my couch. AWESOME!!!!
