Amazing Service!!! Ashland Cycle saved our vacation by getting our Kawasaki Teryx in for same day service at an amazing price! After an incident on the Ivy Branch Trail in WV, we had water and mud in our fuel system. We are from Pennsylvania and called all around the Charleston, WV and no one was willing to get us in. Good people. Excellent service. Rick will always go the extra mile for you. Just bought my 6th bike from them.
Rude customer service took scooter rim and tire to be mounted and wuz told they can't mount tires if they didn't sell them to you for liability reasons it was a Michelin tire. So I was leaving and a guy came out to parking lot and said he cud mount the tire. Went back in and got a speech about not making this a habit from the rude man at counter. Not very good business they charged $30 bucks to mount the tire .. I will find a more friendly shop to goto from now on.. thank you but no thank you!! Assholes
This shop will NOT honor its Price quotes. I called in about the last week of April and asked for a labor quote and a part price quote. When I walked about a week later. The new price for labor was almost double what I was told. This past customer is now shopping elsewhere.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The men who work here worthless... I called and asked about service on my ATV ON 5-7-15. The 1st man was became rude and hung up on me when I asked if they were certified mechanics. I called back to speak with a manager and "supposedly got the the service manager. He was also an asshole and hung up. They will never get a dime of my money!!!
