I had a interaction with the young guy with long hair at the parts desk today, which will keep me from ever spending a dime. A very childish back and forth, and he just needed to get the last word in. I needed a new tire put on my wheel and they couldn't do it because it was against policy. Very rude! I was on the phone asking ab how much it cost for my husbands 4wheeler to get repaired. I said that’s a lot of money! The guy on the phone said- ma’am that’s not a lot of money to me. Everyone has their own opinion. You have no idea what we did or how much time and effort we put into this! (He was so rude when saying it!) I said, wow sir. I never was rude in my comment, I was just making a statement that was a lot of money. I just can’t deal with rudeness. !!! Especially when I wasn’t being mean at all!
The service here is more than great. Have had more than one good experiences coming here with bike problems. The people are the most helpful bike mechanics and services in the area for sports bikes. I would refer anyone to Ashland Cycle Center if they are having issues

Thank you , Ashland cycle very pleasurable experience everyone there was very helpful . Jerrod took very good care of me I really enjoyed the bike it brings back old memories of when I was young I have ridden the bike and really enjoy it . I bought the bike at a reasonable price . They priced the bike I bought it I never buy the same day but they were honest and helpful that made my decision to buy . Know one wanted to weight on us and the guy we talked to acted like he kept wanting to get away from us acted like we was a nuisance instead of a customer sorry but not sorry we are taking our business somewhere else
