Dr Craig does not have good bedside manners at all. My daughter was seen for a physical for school and she has a pre-existing condition that is managed wonderfully by a fantastic group of doctors in Columbus. Dr Craig came off incredibly pompous, like she knew better than the specialized group of doctors successfully treating her. It quickly put me on the defensive with her line of questioning. Wow. That is not at all fair and I'm sorry that was your perception. If you knew me personally and not as a physician behind a mask you may have arrived at a different conclusion. All of my questions actually stemmed from a genuine interest in your journey, because it is often a difficult one that doesn't end as positively as yours and your child's did. RecommendedI could not say enough good things about ACC!! Both my kids were seen from birth to college. I never once questioned or doubted the care the provided. We drove 1-hr each way for well and sick visits. Dr's Potter, Craig and Stephens (and Dr. Robinson was there back when we started) are simply the best. It was a sad day when my youngest had her last visit there 3 years ago. The entire office had become like family to us...especially Angie! So very thankful for their services! I highly recommend their office!
I’ve been going here for 18 years and they are so nice and caring and patient! I love them all and I hope the best for them as well!
We moved to Ashland 2004 from Pinehurst NC with my 2 week old baby boy and had to choose from providers to see. The lady I purchased my home from had recommended them so we made our first appt. and been there since, and it’s 2019 now so 15 years we been patients with Dr. Stevens, Dr. Craig & Potter. The nurses have always talked to me and Children and made me feel comfortable.. the Dr’s talk to my boys and make them feel apart of the visit, they talk to them and not at them. I have taken all 3 of children here been going for 24 yrs now plus my 2 grandbabies go here as well l love Dr. Stephens my daughter will not see anyone else if he isn't there she gets upset has been carrying for her 13 yrs she loves him very sweet caring doctor who knows how to calm a child down when upset playful makes them laugh would I've 10 stars
Always walk out satisfied!! Great staff and great doctors and nurses!!!!would highly recommend these professionals to anyone for their child's health
