Excellent bed side manner. Great surgeon. Haven't felt this well for years.
The Doctor was very nice and easy to talk to and explained things to my daughter to where she understood. We didn’t feel rushed. Front desk may need some help with training on how to check in people. Even when giving insurance card and DL nothing was entered in correctly. Took 30 min to check in. Took me another 30 minutes today to schedule CT that was ordered because info was wrong and scheduling had to correct it. With that being said, front desk staff was very nice and perhaps it was just an off moment.
Dr. Patel always listens, provides options to solve a problem and makes me part of the decision team.
