Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Patel and was passed off on a PA. Even after undergoing an MRI, Dr. Patel never looked at the test results and instead had the PA interpret them and try to push me off onto another doctor altogether. Really unfortunate to seek help from a doctor who is clearly uninterested in helping people.
Dr Patel is clearly in command of his specialty. People with cervical spine issues. He made us feel comfortable and aware of our options, and affected action immediately when he saw that we were comfortable with his vision and plan. Along with Dr David Dungan, Ashish Patel are two of the easiest Doctors we have had the opportunity to work with.
Dr. Patel really explained the procedures I may need to help with my pain and we came up with a plan. The nurses and staff were very helpful as well.
