Still nothing. For a doctors office specializing in serious conditions this is unacceptable. Go somewhere else. If they show this kind of customer service before even getting in the door, what kind of terrible care are you going to receive? Outrageous.

Had my device checked to make sure it was in good condition, then the doctor came and checked me over. His nurse, Kelveta, talked to me a while. They treat you like family and have your health top priority. Dr. Bhimani is a wonderful young man. Works hard to keep that heart going like it's supposed to
