Let me start off by saying the doctor was great . The staff not so much . Seems they lack experience with insurances . My daughter was seen by the doctor where on a Saturday where I provided her primary insurance information, I explained to the gentleman I did not have her secondary card with me at the moment but he could easily look her up on the hfs portal . I saw Dr. Francis for a skin cancer screening. She is extremely knowledgeable, and has a fantastic staff. I felt comfortable and highly recommend Dr. Francis for any dermatological needs you may have. A+ doc. You would be crazy to see anyone else!
