The staff at your offices are smiling, joyful, upbeat, energetic people who love their jobs in spite of working with clients who have maladies, reasons for sadness and anxiety. I applaud their sweet attitudes. When your stress test cameras broke, we had to sit patiently, injected with nuclear chemicals, waiting for a repair techie to arrive.
