Very disorganized and unprofessional reception staff. After walking in for a hand x ray, we were told we have to wait for 40 min, however they get the x ray done afyer one hour and 45 minutes. However they did not provide remote access code so we go to doctor’s office and our doctor can not review the X ray. They speak with all patients in a very rude and unprofessional way. The techs who do the actual job are nice and professional. The reception is impossible to deal with.
Today I went to Ashgrove for an X-ray and PM imaging. The technician Ali was very patient, professional, and attentive throughout the examination. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated their excellent care and service.”
Very convenient location! Not too far from Markville Mall but far enough away from traffic! Lots of parking spots and easy to access.
The management needs to spend some on maintenance of the common facilities. Examples include parking lot with almost invisible parking lines, outdated elevator, and slippery stairs
Google says closed at 8pm but it closes at 5pm from Mon-Thurs 5pm and Fridays at 4:30pm. Their timings are not updated and drove all the way down there to realize it's closed!
