I moved here after Hurricane Harvey 2017. Parking is horrible and to park on the property in a non reserved spot is still $15. After 2.5 yrs of hot water problems, (I moved!) The hot water issue still isn't fixed. They need a new boiler and more than 1 for each side. So for kids to recognize how muf They are just too cheap to buy them. The people in the office are jerks AFTER YOU MOVE IN. Upper management is EVEN WORSE! They never fix anything, but always promise they will.
