RecommendedI’ve been here almost a year and am planning to renew my lease for at least another year. Stacy and Bethany in the office are amazing! Super helpful and extremely prompt in addressing issues. Maintenance is always on point and prompt, even during this pandemic. The community is peaceful, the grounds are lovely. Just a really great experience.

Enjoy living here! Office is extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance fixes issues right away. Reasonably quiet. We have loved living here over the past 3 years.

REFUSES TO FIX TENANTS AIR. MY GODSON IS LIVING IN OVER 88 DEGREE APARTMENT BECAUSE ASHFORD RIDGE REFUSES TO FIX HIS MOTHERS AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!!!! Corporate WILL be called! SHE HAS ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR OVER A MONTH AND HAS LIVED IN OVER 80 DEGREE APARTMENT WHILE PAYING RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH!!!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My family is miserable living there.
I almost didn't recognize this property when I visited them. They've done a total rehab on the property. The floor plans are huge. I love the large balconies but what I love the best is the counter tops and kitchens. They're gorgeous! All of the interiors have been upgraded and some of them have granite counter tops and granite on the fireplaces.
