Good price for rent $725 considering everything in the apartment is outdated except the carpet. I would have put probably 5 stars but.....I don't like pest!!!! And my wife has a fear of them and my son has severe immune system issues. So all these COCKROACHES need to go!!!!! I have called the office but they still havent done anything! If this gets any worse I'm deeming this place inhabitable!!!!!!!!!!!!😠
