Cliff has been our technician for 4 years. He's been outstanding! Very professional! Very thorough and very accommodating. Use a maintenance program to prevent any bugs from returning and have been very happy with the service.

Dominic was great! He has a lot of knowledge and took his time with my family and I to locate the problem and helped find a solution. Nowadays, it's hard to find kind and genuine people that you can trust. I highly reccomend dominic to everyone!

John is really nice and patient. I literally called him like everyday and he came by with no hesitation. He genuinely cares for his customers. The prices are a little high but it's better than having someone who just wants your money and doesn't do a thorough inspection. I'll let you guys know how the after process goes.

Jay Carr is gracious, honest and effective. He's not the cheapest, but he will come at a moment's notice, 7 days a week, to remove vermin once you're under contract. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Roach & Pest Control of San Francisco went above and beyond duty. Jay was able to find where our rodent problem was stemming from, as well as take corrective measures. Furthermore, Jay went the extra mile by reinstalling our door threshold (in concrete) to make sure we had a tight seal to keep critters out, as well as re-attaching our garage door sensors which were in pretty bad shape. All in all, I would recommend Jay and Roach & Pest Control of San Francisco to anyone looking to rid their homes of unwanted pests.
