I am surprised that this place has not been demolished because of the Roach infestations, terrible & rude Managers, muddy & unkempt grounds, and serious foundational problems to name a few of the many issues. Don't think about receiving your 'refundable deposit' according to the lease. I Do NOT recommend this extremely low quality place.
Definitely would not recommend this place less than a year office people have changed so many times each time comes with different rules they are rude and disrespectful have no sympathy putting people out with 5 kids 5 days before Christmas mold in Apartments don’t come here run🏃🏿♂️🏃🏿♂️lease is up in February I tell everybody I know not to move here
Definitely don’t recommend bella vista one of there workers Admitted nothing was worked on the apartment before we moved in. other than the floors being washed, Have had issues twice with mold and they want to blame a humidifier that we don’t use. Definitely breaking my lease soon
Too many problems and not enough people to fix the issues. I’ve experienced several property managers over my years living here, four within nearly five years, but it feels like they aren’t getting better but getting worse. Now someone may ask, you’ve had problems so why would you stay so long? Well, for a time I believed that perhaps things might get better. However, they didn’t. There's a lot of things wrong with these apartments and the company that manages/owns them. The company as of today is Karya Property management. A terrible company. So far the property manager assures her tenants that there will be changes coming to make this a better place to live. I've heard this for the past 5 years from different property managers. RecommendedJust signed my renewal for a second lease term...can't imagine living anywhere else in this area! Friendly staff and very well managed. The maintenance team responds quick and actually shows up after hours if you call. All around amazing customer service!
RecommendedThe staffs are amazing and always friendly. Maintenance is super fast if you have a problem.They are very attentive and knowledgeable about the complex and amenities. The overall atmosphere of this apartment is very relaxing and calm. Best apartment with reasonable price.
