I came in w a uti was sent hm w antibiotic two days later I had to return bc I had lots of pain as if I was having a baby. I was admitted that night and within the er n transportation me to a rm they lost my identification and health insurance card. For 3 days no one could find my ID n insurance card. It took 3 head nurses to call w no avail, until the last head nurse called in front of me the er dept asking about my ID which again was told they didn't have it. Frustrada y sumamente triste por que llamas a record médico después de estar en emergencias y la persona que te atiende no te atiende por que se queda callada y no te brinda información de absolutamente nada hasta parece que te cuelga por que se queda muda y de mal humor. Casi 12 hrs en sala de emergencia , la última visita del médico fue 1:30 ,decidió dejarla hospitalizada , el último antibiótico fue puesto 5:30 pm se acabó y no vieron ni a removerlo todavía desde las 10am estamos en sala de emergencia son 9:38 pm de la noche , pregunto que cuando la suben y me contestan que el cuarto que tenían lo ocuparon y que no la van a subir , como si la bendita silla que tienen en emergencias fuera tan cómoda , debut y despedida no vuelvo
Horrible servicio
Péssimo atendimento, médicos despreparados e sem empatia. Se esse é o melhor hospital de Puerto Rico, a população realmente está condenada!
