I rented from Ashford Management for 2 years. I needed to break my lease 2 months prior to the expiration of my lease because the living conditions became too much for me to out up with. I reported a squirrel had burrowed through our closet wall and damaged the contents of both mine and my husband's closets. I notified the landlord immediately. I am a renter of land in a trailer park , the trees fall on cars and houses , roads all the time and they won’t take care of them. I have asked many times to get the roads fixed and they barely cover the holes and two weeks later they are back again, we pay 300 and taxes... but yet nothing is safe or good about this place ... I just wish they would fix things so my kids can play outside in a safer place ...
